The specific risks of participating in the HOODI presale, stated plainly. Please read this before sending any payment.

Not financial advice. Nothing on this page is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy any token. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose everything you commit. Read the full Disclaimer before participating.
1. Not financial or investment advice
Nothing on this platform — including prices, stage schedules, allocation figures, distribution dates, dashboards or any other content — is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, hold or sell any asset. The NFT Studio is not acting as your adviser, broker or fiduciary.
We do not know your circumstances, objectives or tolerance for loss, and we have not assessed whether participating is suitable for you. You should obtain independent advice from a qualified professional before committing any funds.
2. You may lose everything you commit
Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. The value of HOODI may fall to zero, and it may never have any value or market at all. Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely, and do not borrow to participate. Nothing on this platform is a guarantee of profit, liquidity, listing, utility or future value.
3. Risks specific to this presale
- Allocation is first-paid, so reserving does not secure tokens. Tokens are allocated to payments in the order they are verified. A stage may sell out before your payment is verified, in which case your reservation cannot be honoured even though you reserved earlier.
- Payments are irreversible and there is no automatic refund. A blockchain transfer cannot be recalled by us or by anyone else. Where a payment cannot be honoured, any refund is discretionary, manual, and cannot be performed by the platform itself.
- Tokens are delivered manually, on a target date rather than a deadline. There is no automatic distribution. Delivery depends on a human administrator and may be delayed by network congestion or wallet availability.
- An incorrect delivery address may make your tokens unrecoverable. You are responsible for the Taproot address you register. Tokens sent to an address you do not control cannot be retrieved by us.
- Payments may be rejected on review. Every payment is verified against the network and reviewed by hand. A payment that does not match the required token, network, recipient or sender will not be accepted.
- Stage prices, dates and caps are configurable. We may adjust the schedule or allocation limits. A change does not alter a price already recorded against your reservation, but it may affect your plans.
4. Technology and network risks
- Bitcoin and BRC-20 are experimental in parts, and the standards around inscriptions and token transfers may change in ways that affect delivery or usability.
- Wallet software, including the wallet used for delivery, is third-party software we do not control and cannot support or repair.
- The platform depends on third-party infrastructure — hosting, database and blockchain RPC providers. An outage may make the platform temporarily unavailable, or delay verification.
- We do not run a blockchain indexer or monitor the chain. Verification is performed once, at the time you submit a transaction, and is not re-checked afterwards.
- No system is immune to security failure. While access controls and verification are in place, we cannot guarantee the platform will not be compromised.
5. Regulatory and tax risk
The regulatory treatment of token sales, digital assets and BRC-20 tokens varies by jurisdiction and is unsettled in many places. It may change, including retroactively. Participating may be restricted or prohibited where you live, and it is your responsibility to determine whether you may lawfully do so.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any tax that arises from your participation, and for any reporting obligation connected to it. We do not provide tax advice or reporting.
6. No guarantee of utility, listing or value
Any statement about future development, roadmap, ecosystem growth or intended utility is forward-looking and subject to change without notice. HOODI is not a security, a share, a debt instrument, or a claim on any company or its assets. Holding it grants you no governance rights, no dividend, and no expectation of profit from our efforts. There is no commitment to list HOODI on any exchange or to provide any market for it.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions. Before participating, do your own research, verify every address and amount you send, satisfy yourself that the presale is appropriate for you, and consult qualified advisers where you need them. If any part of this Disclaimer or the risk described here is unclear to you, do not participate.
