Not financial advice. Nothing on this page is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy any token. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose everything you commit. Read the full Disclaimer before participating.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The NFT Studio (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy enquiries should be sent to info@hoodinals.io.
2. What we collect
We collect only what the platform needs to record a reservation and deliver tokens:
- Google account data. Your email address, display name and profile picture, plus Google's account identifier, received when you sign in. Sign-in is by Google OAuth; we never see or store your Google password.
- Your Bitcoin delivery address. The Taproot address you register (
bc1p…). This is where tokens are sent, and it is visible to administrators. - Reservation data. The quantity you reserved, the stage, the price recorded at the time, the resulting amount due, and the timestamps.
- Payment evidence. The blockchain transaction hash you submit, the sending wallet address, the network and token, the amount decoded from the chain, and the treasury address you were told to pay. This is a public-record reference, not a payment credential.
- Delivery records. For tokens sent to you: the amount, the recipient address, the transaction identifier, the date, and which administrator recorded it.
- Administrative logs. If you are an administrator, the actions you take on the platform are recorded, together with your email, for accountability.
- Technical data. Session cookies required to keep you signed in, and ordinary server request logs.
3. What we do NOT collect
This platform is deliberately minimal. It does not use analytics, advertising or session-recording trackers; it does not collect your browsing history elsewhere; it does not request identity documents or run KYC/AML checks; and it does not monitor your blockchain activity beyond the single transaction you submit. We do not hold your private keys, and we cannot access Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our agreement with you (running the presale and delivering tokens), our legitimate interests (securing the platform and preventing misuse), and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Information written to a public blockchain is outside our control and cannot be deleted or amended by us. When tokens are delivered, the recipient address, amount and transaction become part of Bitcoin's public record. The same applies to the transaction you submit as payment evidence. This data is visible to anyone, and no request to us can remove it. Please consider this before participating. Account, reservation, payment and delivery records are retained for as long as your account exists and afterwards for the period required for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Administrative audit logs are retained to preserve the accountability of past decisions.4. Why we use it
5. Who can see it
6. Blockchain data is public and permanent
7. How long we keep it
8. Security
Access to personal data is limited to administrators who need it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Payments are verified against the blockchain before being recorded, and every administrative action is logged.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should use a Google account with strong protection — ideally with two-factor authentication enabled.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, contact info@hoodinals.io. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Note that these rights are limited where we must retain data to comply with law, or where the data is on a public blockchain and therefore beyond our control.
10. Cookies
We use cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. Without them you cannot stay signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
11. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published at this address, with its revision date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. See also our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
